INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, please let us know immediately! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
